To register for the 2012 Contra Costa County 4-H Camp (Las Posadas) June 17 - 23 2012
ALL youth and parents must:
a) Complete and Submit this on-line form,
b) Mail signed 'Code of Conduct', 'Picture' and 'Medical' forms
c) Be a 4-H member or volunteer,
d) Pay the camp fee ($225.00). Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please enroll early.
e) Enrollment will close THURSDAY MAY 31, 2012
